In March 2021, OUST submitted a bid to become Spotify's new agency of record for the 'Hot Country' extension across the DSP's social channels. We won the RFP—Yee-Haw!
Our scope of work quickly expanded to include OOH, video, and additional projects for the DSP as we consistently met KPIs and helped revitalize the channel. Although the work was often challenging due to approvals being filtered through several key stakeholders, I am incredibly proud of the work we accomplished for Spotify's most beloved division
